Applications such as the recycling of refrigerators require a cutting system that is equipped for intensive use in a high-performance environment. We have developed a bespoke pump that is perfectly suited to this application:

• Oil level, oil filter and temperature sensors; to reduce wear on the pump modules

• Alarm function for oil level, oil filter and temperature sensors

• A recessed pump module, which is immersed in the pump’s oil, further reducing wear

• The pump switches off automatically if it is not used for more than 15 minutes

• Control box with a robust sheet-metal transformer

• Less vibration

• Max. operating pressure: 350 / 35 (bar/MPa)

• For cutting unit type: stationary HSC200STH40
