Applications such as the recycling of refrigerators require a cutting system that is equipped for intensive use in a heavy-duty environment. We have developed a customised pump that is perfectly suited to this application:
- Oil level, oil filter and temperature sensor; to reduce wear and tear on the pump modules
- Alarm function for oil level, oil filter and temperature sensors
- Lowered pump module, which is located in the pump's oil, also to further reduce wear
- The pump switches off automatically if it is not used for more than 15 minutes
- Control box with robust sheet metal transformer
- Less vibration
